95 Accord EX starting problems

I checked and the ECM does recive battery voltage from the ICM, ¿could it be the coil or the ecm? i just dont wanna guess since ignition parts are kind of expesive and then it turns out it's the ECM and it's impossible to get a working ecm or dizzy here to try...

How did you hook up the test light?

if the ignitor flashes during cranking, your coil is bad. if it did not flash your ignitor would be at fault.

Since yesterday the car is starting just fine, today morning it started nice again, need to say that it has't rain this days and is so less humid (the car stays outdoors), when I removed the dizzy cap two weeks ago when he car started failing (very rainy cold and humid days) I found the cap seal dry and broken, ¿is it possible that the coil stoped working due damp inside the distributor? i'm repacing today the cap and the seals, and the wires... will let you know. if it keeps failing will replace the coil.

Guys, I really apreciate your help, thank you very much both of you. I'm really happy to own a honda

Has anyone's problem been solved yet? I have already gone through everthing on this post. I am working on a friends 98 honda accord 2 door coupe.
