Did anyone find out what to do on the wiper here? I have a 2003 accord and am having the same problem with my passenger side. I called the dealership today and they want $125 to diagnose it. I am a total car idiot, and a brand new school teacher so don't have much cash to spare for an outrageous diagnosis fee. Any ideas?

I believe this is your problem , have someone at a parts store..(AutoZone) take a look at it for you..THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE

To BHoward711,
Have you tried pushing down on the wiper arm and tightening the bolt at the base? That's what worked for me. Sometimes that bolt gets loose. If not, go ahead and have it looked at by a mechanic.
