Default 95 ex oil leak

I have an oil leak on backside of engine. Replaced oil sender a while back, i know the distributor oil seal leaks, but it drips on the exhaust under oil filter area after driven.....I just wanted to know how often the head gaskets leak oil? or is it all blowing back that way while driving from distributor, or cam/crank/balance shaft seals>??

check the vtec solenoid on the back pass side of the cyl head, It has two sets of o-ring seals - one where it bolts to the head and another at the top where the actual "solenoid" is.

I'd recommend fixing the leaking distributor. If there is no oil inside the distributor cap, then you just have to replace an o-ring. It is a pretty simple DIY repair. Just draw a line on top where the distributor meets the cylinder head, so you can reinstall the distributor with the same advance.

I'd recommend cleaning the oil from the back of the engine and figure out the highest point for the oil leak. Spraying with athletes foot powder can help identify the path of the leak. I wouldn't rule out the new sending unit leaking. If you over tighten, you can weaken the crimped metal to the pressure sensor. I'd also inspect the valve cover gasket. Doubt the head gasket is the issue.

Also, check that the oil filter is seated properly. Did you do an oil change before you noticed an oil leak, or any other work done on the car before you noticed the leak.
