My 95 Honda Accord's A/C began blowing hot air after I replaced the bottom radiator hose. I checked the low side pressure and it was 117 psi (ac was turned on high, at idle speed, both engine fans were running). I relieved the pressure (high side) with the gauge still connected to the low side, until the pressure dropped to 35 psi. The A/C became cold, but the pressure bagan to rise again and after a short period (approxmiately 5-10min) the A/C began blowing hot air again and the pressure increased to 100psi.
I have not ran the A/C since due to the pressure build-up. does anyone know what would cause this? I have gone through all the components and everything appears fine. The car itself does not over heat, so I am at a loss.

Did you measure both sides pressure (high & low)?

 

Yes, both sides (H&L) read the same pressure 117 psi at the beginning.
