95 LX $400 for labor on a/c compressor, drier, condensor, expansion valve, Vbelt fair

Default 95 LX $400 for labor on a/c compressor, drier, condensor, expansion valve, Vbelt fair

It seems ok of a deal, I did the same job on a 1997 Saturn sedan a long time ago.

My son paid $350 for all the parts, the freon, the pag oil.

That said, his 95 just turned 89k miles so timing belt is up. What's a fair price?

This isn't really "internal" engine, so I'm moving it to General Tech. Probably more people will see it over there.

Definitely a fair price. I charge around that for the same thing. It's way more at the dealership or local big shops.
