Default 96' accord spongy brakes after complete brake job

Hello! I have a 1996 Honda Accord. Recently, did a complete front and rear brake job to include calipers, rotors, and pads. After everything was complete, I bled all four brakes at the calipers per the Haynes manual. The brakes were still spongy. So, we assumed we had a faulty master cylinder. We changed the MC and bench bled it per Ericthecarguy's video on youtube. Installed and rebled the MC and at all four calipers and still the pedal is spongy. There is vacuum on the booster line after running the car 1 or 2 minutes. You can disconnect the vacuum line and hear it escape. That is the only thing that has not been replaced. We have bled everything twice! Wasted an entire bottle of brake fluid through the MC. The BIG bottle! So were are at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's 7pm and we've been at it since 10am. Help please!

when you bled the system through calipers did you start with the wheel furthest away from the MC (passenger rear wheel) then driver rear passenger front then lastly driver side from

pump the brake pedal until fully stiff, then have someone loosen bleeder screw, push pedal to floor, keep it there until they tighten it, then pump the pedal and repeat 2 to 3 times, making sure you keep the MC full during this process or your just sucking in air if you let the reservoir get low

Are the bleeder valves on top of the new calipers, or on the bottom?
