Default 96 honda accord v tech slight oil leak underneath

Hi. Any info helpful? Don’t know what this cable is? Looks like it has a rubber seal that might be leaking? Or oil pan gasket? Thank you

That looks like a throttle control cable from the throttle body to the transmission.

Oil flows down when you have an oil leak, so you need to inspect possible leaks above the oil pan.. One item to check is the oil pressure sending unit. It is above the oil filter and has a rubber boot that likely feels like plastic due to heat and age. That oil pressure sending unit can leak through the sensor. Also look at the valve cover gasket.
