I must have missed something..... How did we go from a cooling fan issue to power window relay ?

That was from my suggestion. When my radiator fan relay went out, I switched it with the power window relay. My windows wouldn't work, but my radiator fan worked.

See pic for window relay location. It is right above the radiator fan relay.

Okay PA and all, thanks for the help!

It must, by process of elimination, be the fan motor. Is there a way to tell, before I pull the fan shroud out, which fan motor I have? (There are no visible manufacturer's names on the motor since it is installed.)

It appears there is a Nippodenso and Mitsu...

Because of my schedule it would great to grab one on the way home from work and put it in tonight. I might not be able to pull the old one before the parts stores close.

Thanks!

Both should work.

I looked up your parts at an oem site called hondapartsnow.com and it say the 96 LX ABS 4-door AT is a Denso motor.

if the fan has 5 blades it is a N/D ..........And motors are not the same , you cannot inter change them

are you getting both power and ground at the fan motor plug?? if yes, and motor does not work , you got a bad motor ,, if not , do not replace the motor you have other issues

as for the relay ,, like i said ,,i must have missed PA suggestion
