96honda accordex pcm location

im trying to find my pcm went to get car inspected and they said they couldnt read my pcm so im trying to find it to see if its hooked up right or to change it

Its in the passenger side floor board,remove the carpet and you will see a panel unscrew the panel its behind the panel
