98 Accord engine tranny noise
I have a 98 Accord that has slowly started making a scraping whirring noise only when the car is in park or neutral. Once in gear the noise goes away and the car sounds normal. I read on one tech forum that it maybe the trans input shaft bearing but I'm not sure.
What else could be causing the noise? The car has just over 200K miles on it. Thanks for the info.Marc
