Default 98 accord tranny problems

okay so first off ima start off by saying im new to this and im not really great with trannysi kno my basics so i really am hoping to jus get some help and not be mocked lol... i have a 98 accord 4cyclinder vtec auto trans that is giving me issues with the tranny. i wanna say its the bearings but cant be 100% sure. makes whinning noise only in park and neutral. ive been doing a crap load of searching and reading and seems like this is a very common issue for this year accord. so basically anyone have any suggestions on what 2 do? ive heard that u have to drop the tranny in order to service the bearings so im not sure. was planning on jus having all 3 of the bearings replaced since ill already be in the general area. please help
