99 2 door 2.3 4cylender runs drives wont stop.....
So i bought my little brothers HIGHLY neglected 99 accord in 2019 in november 2020 parked it due to leaking main seals, took the next year doing an overhaul. I replaced the front and rear seals, most all hoses due to dry rot, throttle body, failed vtec cylenoid, egr valve that was caked with a thick carbon build up, cleaned the intake that cylender 1 and 2 were almost closed due to a build up of oily gunk, had the head rebuilt that had burnt valves, replaced the manifold and stock exhaust with a high preformance header and race exhaust, replaced the failed o2 sensors, power steering pump was replaced due to a grinding whine, ran a true cold air intake (not a short ram) have done the clutch, flywheel, and slave cylender as well.
Had a minor issue when i went to start the car it just wouldnt run. Got it running sounds great runs strong, well during the year it was down the abs braking system failed so at idle i had brakes but when i would turn the wheel they would loose preasure. So i replaced the booster, master cylender, only to find the abs module had failed replaced it and i still have the same issue...... Ive bled them twice now hoping it was just air in the system, still have no brakes when i turn. The car will stall sometimes now while pumping the brakes up but starts right back. So im thinking its got to be vacuum at this point.... HELP!! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
