O.K. here it goes, as long as i'm driving temp gauge stays under 50% but when I stop it starts climbing to 90 - 95%. but if I rev it up a few times it will briefly drop down. I have changed t-stat, coolant, thermo switch ( the one thats on the t-stat housing). both fans do come on when a/c is on, but not otherwise. I jumped switch they came on, but will not come on by themselves. Any ideas. Thanks in advance

 

Did you bleed all the air out of your cooling system? When it's cold, squeeze the radiator hoses. If there's air they will feel/sound different, sloshing sounds, etc.

Then I would have suggested the fan switch in the T-stat housing but you already replaced that. What kind, what part # did you get? Someone around here might be able to look up parts cross-reference for that.
