99 EX Accord 4Cyl won't upshift

I've got a 99 Accord EX 4 cyl with auto that won't upshift under full throttle. 102,ooo miles. Just had major service and cam belt. Any ideas?

did this occur only after the said service?

upshift meaning 1st to 2nd? or downshifting at highway speeds? like 4th to 3rd? from a stop or a roll?

Like redline and still won't shift ? Most auto will shift very late if you're on full throttle. Is the CEL on ? 98-02 Accord auto trans are not the strong point so take it easy especially for 102k.
