you cant put fluid into it with that in the way... i sure did remove it, but hes saying i need to fill the reservoir, tilt it at a 45 degree angle so Air comes out, but when he went to answer me about where the air comes out of, it didnt make much sense to me...

Your referring to #13 & #15, Correct?? Couldnt i replace #23 and #24 and that solve the pressure loss issue my aunts original is having if i cant get the replacement to work?

"If there is air "locked" inside the modulator, you must pressurize the ABS reservoir with 3 PSI to help push the air out. Honda has a service bulletin on how this is done. Be careful on the ABS system. The accumulator pumps up to 3400 PSI!"

See this link with another service bulletin regarding bleeding using a hand held vacuum pump and an assistant.

All I can say is I've replaced modulator at least 3 times and never had to tilt a modulator (not possible w/ brake lines attached) or bleed ABS modulator. Brakes absolutely must be bled, but not ABS modulator.

My understanding for bleeder is to enable release of accumulator pressure.

good luck

19-122, 123 of the FSM is the Modulator removal / installation,

"Before installing the modulator unit on the vehicle, be sure to bleed the air from the suction port in the modulator unit by leaning the modulator unit to one side slowly (About 45 degrees) as shown." 19 - 123

And bulletin 93-038 shows how to vacuum fluid in reverse to release any air from the modulator, as for the vacuum pump, im still trying to come up with some way to adapt the hose from the pump to a cap on the reservoir if it comes to that point

I give up with the ABS unit we pulled from the JY, i have tried the 45 degree angle bleed (bubbles did come out), i was excited to see this happen, figured it woulda worked, installed it..... AAAAnnnd nothing once again, it wouldnt take in any fluid, i then grabbed a vacuum pump and proceeded to pump through the reservoir, no success... i figured id try to suck through the bleeder just because nothing else worked, and i was pulling cloudy fluid out through the bleeder, but only very small amounts...

so we are going to find one with an intact reservoir, whereas the one we pulled had a damaged reservoir, but wasnt rusted around bottom like most of the ones ive seen

Pulled another unit from a JY, Bleeding process went smoothly and everything is perfectly fine now...

im goin to experiment with the original unit, im reading that i can replace the O-ring and it will no longer leak, some said $1.50 for the O-ring, i can get O-rings Diiiirt cheap, so this will be something im doing in the near future..

From your description, it appears the faulty ABS modulator pump was not pumping. My recollection is there are small orings on the piston that may be replaced. However, they may be cups rather than pistons, and are unlikely to be available.

good luck
