"For the a/c, the next place I would test is at the a/c compressor relay. It is in the fuse box under the hood. If the diagram on the fuse box cover doesn't show the location, let us know, and we will post a picture."

That was the question I forgot to ask last night! Brain fart after killing myself on a 40-mile bicycle ride in the heat and humidity. I got caught out in a Spring downpour for about 5-6 miles and had to clean up the bike and detail it as well as have my wife help me with cycling the AC on and off while I did some initial voltage tests for power, getting the cycling clothes into the washer, drying out my cell phone, bike GPS and gear.
...six things at once.

This has GOT to be something simple that I'm missing!

And I think you are correct in suggesting the next step is checking for a stuck relay.

I will need that diagram of the location of the ACC relay as the diagram molded into the underside of the electrical fuse box under the hood is less than clear about 'what' does 'what'.

The inside of the box is spotless and no corrosion...unlike the BMW I once owned that had a dozen electrical gremlins due to corrosion in the under-hood electrical box.

I have a Mother's Day dinner to get to after church and rain is in the forecast today, but I will perform the relay search and voltage tests ASAP and get back to you with the results.

I owe you a beer or three for the help!

<Borat> Great success!

I popped the cover of the relay & fuse box under the hood and figured out the cute little 'Snowflake' icons were the AC Clutch and AC fan relays.

I swapped them. The AC compressor clutch then worked and the air blew ice cold. The fan did then did NOT run.

I swapped three time to verify function and also cycled the clutch and fan by lightly inserting the good relay into both the fan and clutch sockets.

The relays are Omron G8HL-H71 Made In The U.S.A.

I'll pick one up at Autozone or Advance on my way to the Mother's Day cookout.

Thanks to everyone for the assistance!

Pahonda and Turtlehead, beer's on me! Poorman, your shrug is about all I had headed into this! So, beer for you, too!

I'll post an intro post now that I have time...not that I'm anything special!
