Determined to get this fixed, I visited my local pull N save junkyard and found a clean evaporator enclosed in the case along with the expansion valve. Installed and charged last night with the ambient temps being 77. See pics.

Yes and I appreciate everyone's help! Not as cold as it use to get but I will take it. If I have to repair and refill again I will raise the RPMs as suggested previously.

The high pressure side looks a lot better than the first pressures you posted. Hopefully you are all set.

What parts did you use originally for the evaporator and expansion valve? I'd like to avoid them if I have to do any a/c work.

Is it possible to replace all the parts without taking help from any heating contractors? if yes, please share your ideas.

There are a lot of threads about diagnosing and repairing the AC system, if that's what you're looking for. But active links as a form of advertising isn't allowed.
