Ac Problem, Cooling and condensor fan kicks off and on. Ac runs fine for a couple minutes then starts to kicks off and on. Ac has been recently charged by a qualified mechanic. I swapped the ac and power window relays and problem still there. Any suggestions???

 

It may be excessive clutch gap. This can cause the AC to be intermittent when warmed, but usually quits altogether.

It could also be too much refrigerant causing the high presssure cutout switch to open and disable the compressor. A qualified mechanic should know what to do. Measure system pressures and diagnose.

This may be a dumb question. If it is over charged. Can i just bleed some with a flat blade screw driver?

 

Not legally. All refrigerant should be recycled. Besides w/o a manifold gauge set you don't know that excessive charge is the problem.
