HELP..... 03 Honda Accord Cooling/AC Condensor Fans Not Working
I recently replaced my Radiator/AC condensor fans on my 03 LX 4cyl. Now 2 weeks later, neither will stay running. But funny thing is that its not runnning hot. I did notice that when the car is running the fans will come on about every2-3 minutes for around 20 seconds then shut off. The AC is blowing hot as well. Checked the fuses. All good. Checked the relays by switching them around. Still nothing. Any suggestions or tips? I have put so much $ into this car I cant afford to take it to a mechanic again right now!

Thanks hondadude....If what pressure in the AC system drops? The coolant? Also I found out that the temp gage on the dash is not working either. That points to the Coolant Temp Sensor but I took the car to Auto Zone and they put their check engine light tester on and came back with codes P2646 and P0685. No code for the temp sensor. WTF?

P0685 ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit Malfunction Comprehensive
P2646 VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Circuit Low Voltage Comprehensive
For the first code, I would disconnect the battery and clean all ends of both battery cables. Also clean both battery posts. Has any work been done on the car? Everything could be related to this. Google P0685 to see some other posts on this.
You may also want the parts store to test the battery/alternator/starter just to make sure that isn't the underlying problem. It can't hurt to test these items.
The a/c system has R134a. R134a is a gas/liquid sort of like propane. There is a sensor on the a/c system that will shut down the a/c if the pressure is too low (and too high) to prevent damage.
Coolant is a liquid that is used to remove heat from the engine block. The a/c system and engine cooling system are separate systems.
