Well good news I found it, bad news a lot of $$$.

The compressor was done and I replaced it. And most of all the other parts too. Do to some a hole that put that stop leak stuff in the ac system and destroyed most of all of it. The only thing I saved was the condensor, evaporator, after flushing them a couple times at a friends shop. It blows now nice and cold 42!!!

Congratulations! I've found that AC problems can be difficult but are some of the most rewarding; both intellectually and financially.

How hard was evaporator access?

thanks for followup.

Yep not a problem.

It was a pain and that valve too. you have to take almost the whole dash out to get to both of them.

My wife is complaining how cold it is now. haha
