Accord will only go 50 mph

Thanks Jim. I will have my son try that. He says its running better but I still think it may be a wire, cap or rotor problem; What else could it be? Sensor?

Sensors that are too far out in left field should generate their own error & light up the CEL. But maybe something is beginning to go out of whack but not bad enough to throw a CEL??
