Actuators change? repair?
Honda Accord 2003 Coupe EX - White (Assembled in US)
My driver and passenger remote haven't worked for a while, so I've been just using the key. Do I need new actuators? I think they're really expensive, any cheaper way of doing it? maybe salvage? another brand? repair?

It has been awhile. Here are some notes that I picked up and saved.
Hope this helps:
There are 4 screws to unscrew the door panel.
There is one set where the chrome door handle is. Its behind a little panel. Look at it closely and youll see a little tab you can use a flathead to pry off. Unscrew the 2 screws under there.
Next there are 2 more screws. Look at the door pull you'll see two screws...they're hidden under the rubber flap of the door pull handle. Uscrew those screws.
Now look at the side view mirror. On the inside there is like a plastic triangle cover. Pull that off. dont worry...it pulls off. It is held in by a tab.
Grab the bottom of the door panel at the bottom of the door and start pulling. There are several tabs on the panel. Work your way around the panel. When you get all the tabs off, pull UP the panel so that the top of the panel lifts out of the window area and watch the door lock as you pull it UP and over the lock, then off.
Next unclip the power window and lock wire harnesses.
Remove the door panel.
Now you have access to parts.
Be careful, edges to metal can be sharp. Work your hands up to part. Things do get tight working in cavity of door. Patience required-take your time. Remove connections. Replace.
