Default another clutch issue...

So I'll post up another clutch issue, like there isn't enough around here lol. Anyway I finally replaced a clutch in my 91 accord due to a failed throw out bearing. After replacing it and got the system bled it is so much quieter and shifts awesome. Okay now my question is, is there any type of return spring on the fork? What I mean is the new throw out bearing is riding on the pressure plate all the time. I can physically pull the clutch fork back against the slave cylinder and the bearing is no longer touching the pressure plate, as soon as I release the fork it's slowly creeps back to the pressure plate and stops, if that makes any sense. I just do not want to burn up another throw out bearing! So am I missing a spring by any chance? Or could it just be some goo built up in the slave cylinder, what do you guys think?

Supposed to be like that. There's a weak spring inside the slave cylinder that pushes it out.

Throwout bearing needs to be lightly pressed against the pressure plate. It's a thrust-bearing, not really designed to operate without a little pressure holding it together.

Oh ok, thank you for explaining that to me. I just didn't want to go through all that trouble again of pulling the tranny for a dumb bearing... On a side note though its like a whole new car again, with a new clutch. Not too bad considering the factory clutch/bearing lasted 160k
