Default Anyone tow a small trailer w/ their Accord?

I'm thinking of moving out of state soon, and like anyone I'm looking to save $$$. I've thought about installing a hitch on my '94 2.2L and towing the smallest trailer UHaul has to offer. Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks!
-K

And KD, you are already having some issues with the trans????

My 95, same gen and that of yours, has pulled a small bass boat (PO did this), 4X8 trailer over the Smokies (ever seen Black Mountain on I-40) a few times, I did this.....but I always knew what I was putting the trans thru, made sure not to push it and have always kept the fluid changed (373K + on orig trans and engine.....knocking on wood every day)

How far? The 4*8 trailers are 850lbs that doesnt leave much weight left for cargo.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

Wheelbroker: I'll give that a shot. Considering they've probably had tons of people try and tow the wrong stuff with the wrong vehicle and likely faced some innocuous lawsuits or misplaced blame, I'd imagine they'd wanna help match people up with the right trailer

Poorman: Yes, I am having some trouble. Just bought it and I can't imagine it was as well kept as yours! Hopefully diving into a fluid/flush in the coming week.

Moey: About 1500 miles.
