Default Automatic shifter/SR1-

i have a couple of issue the the ACCORD, the automatic shifter button sometimes gets stuck and won't budge from P(Parrk). So most of the time i just wait a bit and after a few tries it will work. Seems like the button is getting somewhere.

Also SRS Light is on. What can i do to get this thing fix?

Automatic shift lock release is controlled by an input from the brake light switch. If your foot isn't on the brake, the lockout remains in place. It may be your brake light switch is sticking. Other possibility is a mis-adjusted or intermittent lock-out solenoid. To investigate will require removing the console to inspect/replace the solenoid. A Honda shop manual is essential. check automanualsource.com for a manual for your vehicle at $21.99 or search www for download. This vintage manual is difficult to find last time I checked.

Check SRS code w/ following link. Frequently, seat belt latch switch is the problem. Honda may fix for free. Check w/ them.
