back pressure?

Default back pressure?

i have back pressure in the top end of my engine. when i take the oil cap off iget back pressure. but when i go to put cap back on it seems to suck the cap back on. is that an issue? even though my car runs fine i got some yahoo telln me there might b a prob.

Normal. It's just positive crankcase pressure, hence why there is a PCV valve going to the intake manifold.

If you had excessive pressure IE blowby; the exhaust would be a cloud of blue smoke.
There is normally minor pressure from the crankcase venting.
Also you can check the PCV valve to be sure it is operating.

Wonder what year we are talking about??
