Default battery put in wrong

I had been having problems with my battery this past week needing a jump every now and then. After work today I went to auto zone to get it checked if it was either the alternator or the battery itself. Long story short I bought a new battery but the guy at the store offered to put it in, I cranked it but noticed no lights were on. He switched it really fast putting it on correctly but still no lights. We then looked and found that a fuse was shot. My question is can that be the only thing wrong with it or could it be the computer as well? Dealership was closed so now I'm waiting till tomorrow to get that part.

Most likely it will only be a blown fuse(s). What year and model trim is your car?

Make sure you look at ALL the fuse boxes. Maybe more than 1 of them are blown also.
