Hi I have finally got to working on this Accord. So first stage is the body work.. I am trying to fix up the rear of this 93 Accord hide the rust until it gets worse. The wheel well is not badly rusted but I removed the bumper cover and found it was rusted out worse than I thought.

So I got some galvanized sheet metal and cut and grinded away as much of the rust as possible. I am going to treat the rest with some rust remover.
So I went to look at the passenger side and found this piece was not there.
I don't know what its called and I don't even know if I should bother to look
for a replacement.

One more note.. Does ANYONE know how to cut
a square hole? The things you push in that holds the screws are sadly
square..

 

I am guessing that part is what is left of mud flaps
