i hate not knowing how something turned out, plus it may help someone else in the future looking back on this thread thinking "i have the same problem", "what did they do to fix it", "did it work".

Agreed but it happens most of the time. That is why I always try to "thank" those that come back with the "end of the story" no matter what it turned out to be.
