Brake noise
Hello everybody!
I'm new here, hope 2016 is treating everyone nicely! I just got a 1997 Accord with 170k miles as my first car and whenever I depress the brake when stationary, I get this weird humming noise. I attached a video below. Thank you all!

Can't really tell where it is coming from.
Guess #1, abs motor? Assuming the car has abs.
Guess #2, interlock solenoid?
Do nothing on a guess besides look/listen to the two and see if you can narrow down the source.
