Default Car stall randomly on pressing gas pedal after replacing F22B2 engine with F22B3

Hello. I have a Honda Accord 1996 that came with F22B2 engine. The engine was replaced with F22B3 engine. Everything seemed ok until i started using the car. The car now stall intermittently on pressing the gas pedal when moving from a stationary position. At times the car stutters when i move and if i press the gas pedal harder it moves but stalls once i remove leg from the gas pedal.
The tech person that changed the engine told me that the F22B2 had Crankshaft Position Sensor, EGR and the external ignition coil while the F22B3 does not have EGR, CPS and has internal ignition coil. He however did the conversion and the car starts and runs normally but stalls and/or stutters intermittently.

Any wiring diagram on how to convert from engine with CPS to one without? I will appreciate any help on this issue.

You said he did the conversion. What did the technician do for the conversion? New ECU? Or did he use parts from your f22b2 engine on the f22b3 engine?
