Car Turns off then Back on While Driving
For the last couple of weeks I've been driving my car and it will suddenly turn off on me. Then immediately after it turns off it turns back on. I don't even have to crank it. I'm almost certain its and electrical problem but there is no way for me to single out where it is coming from. I've slowing been removing the plug-ins I have for the car such as my phone charger and my iPod aux plug. So far I have not been able to figure out the problem. Any suggests to what to check next? I don't really want to go to a shop to check it out because there is no telling what they might try and get me to buy that will "Fix" the problem.

The Accord keyswitch assy is frequently the culprit for intermittent shut-down. Try wiggling the key around, trying intermediate positions, etc to see if this will restore running. If yes, then keywitch contact assy needs to be replaced. See DIY section for guidance.

It's not the keyswitch. That was replaced about a year ago.
Here is the latest that is going on with the car.
The car would not start this past Friday. I had a friend of mine come try and jump my car because I thought the battery could be dead. Everything in the car was dead. The clock was even off. So we tried for about 15 minutes to jump the car. It wouldn't jump. Everything started to come back on slowly. First the clock, then the over head light, then it finally jumped after 15 minutes. I let it idle for about 10 minutes and then I started to drive home. I got about a quarter mile up the street and the car just turned off. Everything was off once again, the clock and everything. After about 10 minutes of sitting in traffic and having people yell at me to "Get it off the road" it started up. I drove it back to work and parked it till there was no more traffic. I got it back home later that night without any problems.
I took it over to AutoZone to have them check the battery and the alternator. Both are working fine. The alternator was charging correctly and the battery was preforming at what it should. So that makes me believe that it's some kind of cable issue. One of my cables could be bad. Maybe the ground. I don't know.
Any suggestions? I was thinking about taking it to a Honda Specialist car care place to have them run some tests. Just trying to save some money though and check here first.

Only way to knowis test for starting when no-start occurs.
Remove air intake duct and spray some throttle body cleaner into the throttle body entrance, while attempting to start.
If engine catches briefly, ignition is OK and fuel delivery is problem; main fuel relay, or failing fuel pump.
If engine does not catch at all, ignition is missing and keyswitch, coil, or ignitor are suspect. I would not rule out keyswitch because it was replaced a year ago. Early failure on replacement parts is not unheard of.
