98 accord turns off while driving
Hello everyone,
My husband's 98 Honda Accord, V6, keeps stalling when he is driving. We replaced the battery and cables. It only seems to do it when it is warm outside. When it is cold, it runs great! He said the radio and lights all stay on, but the speedometer shoots down to zero, and he has to put it into neutral and restart it while he is driving. Sometimes he is driving slowly, sometimes its on the highway. Any ideas?!?! Thanks in advance for the help!

Exactly which lights are on in the dash when this happens? - Oil, charge, CEL, ect?
Most common things that cause this. A bad ignition switch, just the electrical part. Also the Main Relay on these will start to go bad cutting the fuel to the car.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I was very ill yesterday. He said there aren't any lights that come on (oil, check engine, etc) but his radio station and any other lights that are already on, stay on. Does that make sense? It also only happens when it is hot. Never when it is cold.
