Default CEL and VSA help

New to forum, my wife's '08 Accord recently popped the CEL and VSA. Had it scanned and the Camshaft Sensor A came up, along with Yaw rate code. (I looked around online and saw that the VSA might be related to another electrical issue). I replaced the Camshaft sensor and the CEL and VSA did not come on (I disconnected the battery in the process, so I'm guessing that cleared everything).
However, on the drive to work today, both lights came back on. It also seems to be idling high and is "sluggish". So I'm at a loss as to what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Please post the actual code that you got. They start with the letter P and have four numbers, like P2345

P0341 means that the cam shaft and crank shaft are being detected out of time. The most likely cause is a stretched timing chain. Get this addressed asap, because the engine could jump more time and cause damage. It would be the equivalent of having a broken timing belt.

It's been almost a week after PAhonda's post. Hope the timing bell hasn't jumped. Hello!

My daughter in laws 08 Pilot has been to the dealers multiple times for the VSA. They haven't been able to figure out what's causing it yet. They just clear the code, and it's good for another 4 to 6 months, until it comes on again. She'd like to get it fixed for good, but the dealer isn't much help. It's already had multiple software updates trying to fix it too.

The P0341 code he got is likely from a stretched timing chain. This should be repaired asap, or the chain will skip and cause valve/piston damage in the engine.

The P0341 is the highest probability of a stretched/damaged timing chain. I can't overemphasis and agree with PAhonda on getting this repaired asap to avoid bent valves, engine replacement, etc.

Low oil levels, dirty oil, etc. will lead to this. It doesn't help that many vehicles had excessive oil consumption due to issues with the piston oil control rings.

Agreed. Also have them replace the chain tensioners too, as they wear out and cause that code too.
