I got a short ram intake and cleaned the cone air filter by using club soda and simple green. i have to say it cleaned it very well. Anyway i put it in and iot worked great, but someone told me i had to oil it. Is that true? and what kind of oil do i use?
also anyone else got another method to cleaning air filters

there are kits you can get for the air filter's K & N makes a pretty good one that's fairly cheap and available at most auto parts stores... And the cleaning kit should include the oil for the filter
