Default Cleaning Air filter

Hi everyone

I got a Sri intake with One of those k and N style air filters. I think its do for a good cleaning. Anyway i heard alot of myths about cleaning these air filters. Ive heard people use simple green. Ive heard people use Club Soda and simple green and oxyclean all in one buket then letting it in there for like 15 mintes. I was just wondering whats your methdod. Anyhelp would be appeciated.

ps- i heard you have to re oil the filter after you clean it. I never did that on my first clean. Can any bad come from not re oiling the air filter.

Go buy a K&N recharger kit and follow the instructions but first make sure your filter is one that can be cleaned and reused. Some of the cheaper ones are throw aways.
