Default Clicking sound in passenger foot area

YEsterday morning I drove my 94 EX to work, and there was a clicking sound coming from the passenger foot well. It sounded like a relay opening and closing. It was not constant, but it did it for the 20 miles to work. The ABS light was on at the same time. Is there a relay in that area that I couldn't find?

Then at lunch, the car didn't want to start. Was like a drained battery. It started, I drove it and there was no more clicking. I parked after 15 minute drive and it started right up. No more ABS light, and no more clicking.

Anyone have any idea of what it might be?

The ABS Control Unit is located behind the passenger side kick panel.

Go get the battery and charging system checked.
