Supply some details of vehicle.
Manual clutch shift, feel, and starting problems can be caused by bad slave or master cylinders. Look for leaks at both. Check inside vehicle for MC. OEM master cylinder is best to avoid having to adjust the booster push rod-master cylinder clearance.

Generally, problems with the clutch hydraulic system will not cause the clutch to slip. Sorta the opposite problem, it wont disengage reliably. So it DOES sound like a worn-out clutch.
But come on, tell us what kind of car... Honda has been making Accords since about 1977 & theyre not all the same.
