On my friends 95 accord ex 2.7 V-6. We changed the radiator out yesterday and was ops checking and leak checking everything and i noticed that the driver side cooling fan was moving very slow. The passager side was normal. we had turn the air conditioning up to max. could it be a relay problem or just the motor gone bad?

 

when fan comes on and it is slow..., hit the back side ( motor part ) with a screwdriver , if speed picks up , needs a new motor
