is there a way of finding my section without going through each one?

The cruise control is described in the electrical section near rear of manual. It's section 23 in my 90 Accord manual.

Check the cruise cable on the throttle body. Common for the plastic on the TB breaking where the cable attaches.

Acutally the 91's don't have an issue with the cruise cable coming off the TB.
