Try swapping injectors 3 and 4 with 1 and 2 and see if the code moves.
Does your car have coils for each plug or a distributor? If coils for each plug, you can try swapping 3 and 4 with 1 and 2 first, then try the injectors. If you have a distributor, you might want to pull off the cap and see if you have any corrosion on the contacts for 3 and 4.

I unplugged the idle air control valve and noticed the idle stayed the same. The only difference was when I gave it gas the rpms were quicker to go down. Other then that the rpms stayed the same whether it was plugged in or not. Any thoughts?
Are you still trying to figure out the P0303 and P0304 codes? I'm not sure unplugging the IAC would resolve the issue, because the IAC could affect all four cylinders.
Did you try moving the fuel injectors to see if the codes change?

I swapped in some used injectors in the three and four cylinders. I cleaned the egr passage and the egr valve. When I started it it reved up and down with no codes. So I bought a new IA valve and put that in. Now it's showing no codes but it's still idling up and down. Any help would really be appreciated
Does the engine sound normal? The hear a high pitched noise in the video that matches the rpm.
When the engine is cold, I'd remove the radiator cap and allow any air in the system to purge. Air in the cooling system can mess with the idle.
