D4 light on, no start
So I put a new fuel tank in. I did a bunch of work and replaced a lot of other stuff. I finally went to start the car and I noticed the green key light wasn't coming on. It cranks but won't start. I went to the junk yard and got two starter relays and tried them both. The light still didn't come on. I check the acg fuse and it's good. Before all this, I sent the car to the dealer for a diagnosis. At that time the key light was coming on. Any suggestions?
It doesn't come on in any key position. I tested the original main relay and the two I got from the junk yard with a multi meter. I'm pretty sure I tested them right. All three aren't working and are showing no continuity
The car started after putting started fluid in the intake. Now it idles really rough. The codes that come up are p0303, p0304, P0300 an P1399.
I check the spark on each spark plug with an in line tester. All four have spark.
I next checked all four fuel injector connectors with a noid light, all of them flashed.
I checked the resistance on the number 3&4 injectors and got 14.6 & 14.7.
I checked pressure in all for cylinders with a pressure gage and got 182 through 185 on all four.
I even swapped out the egr valve and distributor from my other accord of the same year and model. It didn't change anything.
I was told by an online mechanic to cut the fuel injector connectors and splice in new ones, and replace all four fuel injectors. I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do. I dont want to start cutting wires if I dont have to. I thought I'd come on here and get a second, third, fourth etc. Option lol
Also, I did put in a new gas tank and replaced the fuel pump from a pick a part one. I put in four gallons of fuel before I tried to start it.
Any help would really be appreciated.
Oh, and since starting it with starter fluid it now starts on its own.
Thanks all!!

Could you add your vehicle info to your signature (like mine), so I don't have to go back to the first post to remember your vehicle. Is this a 2.4L 4-cyl or the 3.? V6?
Don't go back to the person that said to splice in new connectors for the injectors. It is absolutely not necessary unless you see a bunch of corrosion in the connector.
I'd clear the codes with your scanner and recheck for codes. If you still get a P0303 and P0304, then swap the spark plugs from cylinder 3 to number one, and cylinder 4 with cylinder 2. Reclear the codes, start the car, then see if the codes move to P0301/P0302 or remain on 303/304. Then you would swap the injectors.
Do you have a scanner that can read live data? I'm sure I asked before, but this thread is getting pretty long.

I have a 2001 Accord LX with the 2.3
Lol yeah I agree it's getting pretty long. I apologize for that. I do appreciate the help here. Everyone have been very friendly and helpful that's why I come here.
I put in new plugs when I swapped out the egr and distributor.
I cleared the codes three times and the same codes came back
