D4 light on, no start
A bad alternator would cause a bunch of other issues, so you can rule it out. If you stop by a parts store, then can test the battery, alternator, and starter.
There is a cable connecting the gear selector inside the car to a switch on the transmission. It is called the A/T range switch. I'd check to see if the range switch is installed properly or if it is loose. If it looks good, then you can adjust the shift cable.
Kind of a detailed procdure to type out, so I'll suggest you get the shop manual for your car. You can get it at automanualsource.com for $22 and dowload it as a pdf. Definintely worth the investment, since your accord had a host of issues to get to this point.

That is the range switch.
You may have to watch the engine/transmission while an assistant puts it into reverse to location the noise and/or excess movement. You could have a bad motor mount that is making a noise when you shift to R.

Since this car sat for so long and had a lot of items messed up, keep working through the issues that are obvious. I'd expect you to get a code if you had a solenoid problem and don't think this is a solenoid problem. I think the PCM doesn't know what gear you are in, so I'd focus on the cable adjustment/range switch.
Wow lots of issues on this car , looks to me that someone had either had tranny or engine off, from one of the videos i saw the torque convertor was spinning but not the flex plate and yeah bolts that attach one to the other were missing , on the shift issue sounds like shifter cable is out of adjustment, on the brake squeaking issue did you install ceramic pads or cheaper metallic /semi metallic pads? did you clean and lube the pins make sure calipers slide freely ? Oh and lastly not sure if you use the same auto place still but if it took them that long to figure out why engine was not turning( bolts missing at flex plate ) you need to get away from there asap
