Disable power locks

Honda owner-link has the codes too.

Register with your car's VIN
Somewhere in there you can get the radio code. When my daughter lost hers, that site listed about 4 or 5 codes, and one of them worked.

Default This 38 Fuse

Somebody is giving me a 95 accord, somebody disabled the alarm by removing a door lock relay or fuse.
The door will not lock or unlock from the door switch.
Is this the same fuse you talk about in this thread?

Yes, it is a good place to start. A few posts back I had a pic of the fuse box with the numbers I'm using (#38).
