The SE essentially has some of the feature of an EX, same engine HP, moonroof, alloy wheels, etc., etc.

See if there is a shimmy at higher speeds, it usually can be felt through the steering wheel. Many times it can be fixed by getting the tire/wheels road force balanced. However, I heard of at least one case where balancing the wheels, changing the tire and wheels, and even changing the axles didn't fix it.

It looks like the SE is doesn't get the same engine HP, and same size alloys wheels as the EX/EX-L. Some previous generation Accord SE came with similar engine and alloy wheels as the EX.

From looking at the specs. on the Honda site, the SE also doesn't get the External Temperature Indicator, the 6-disc in-dash audio system, Auto-dimming mirror, steering wheel phone controls, bluetooth hands-free link, and dual-zone auto climate control like the EX-L.
