Question Door seems Heavy

Hi again,

It seems that the front passenger side door is "heavy", it doesn't close as easily as it would before, doesn't swing easy either. There seems to be plenty of black grease on the metal hinge in the middle of the door. What can I try?

Car had been sitting for 2 years outside.

Should be two hinges and one "detent" rod. I would start with lubing those, working the door back and forth (don't have to fully open and close but move it) to get the new lube into the hinges and rod.
