Exclamation Engine stops right after start

I have a 1991 Honda Accord LX. When I try to start it it will start but the second I releasethe key to the run position the car shuts off again. If I give it gas the car with reach higher RPM's but then still shut right back off. The power windows also stopped working, the lights on the dash no longer light up, and the fan for the A/C and heat doesn't work. I have no idea what could be wrong. It it almost seems like its some anti-theft thing but I think the car is too old to have one. I pull the battery off for 10 mins to reset the computer but it didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas?

Possibly a problem with the electrical portion of the ignition switch?

There are some electrical tests you can do to verify. Do you have a volt meter?

One simple thing to try, but it might not actually prove anything...

Start the engine, but don't completely release the key. Let it spring back just enough so the starter quits running. If it stays running, then quits when you actually let go of the key, that would be a bad ignition switch. If you can't get it to keep running by holding the key then it really doesn't prove anything.

PAhonda I do have a volt meter that I can use. I did already check every fuse and they were all fine.

I just tried to start the car and it worked. When the car wasn't starting it was on slight hill but I don't see how that would cause the windows to stop working. I have no idea what's wrong.
