Fans?
If fans come on when AC runs, then fans are OK. There may be no problem at all.
If AC is not on, the fans only come on when coolant temp reaches 200F. Some cars seem to rarely need the cooling fans unless you do a lot of stop/go. When engine/keyswitch OFF, the condensor fan will come on if coolant temp reaches 225F. This is a feature to protect the cylinder head gasket from excess temps which can occur after a hot engine is shutdown.
If engine is overheating when AC is Off, you could have a bad thermoswitch A which closes at 200F to engage the cooling fans as above. Thermoswitch B controls the engine off condensor fan operation. Make sure you didn't damage wiring or disconnect a thermoswitch during the work.
good luck

One thing also he might want to chk is to make sure system was bled properly and it is full of coolant ,,
start the car and let it idle , make sure t-stat opens ( lower rad hose almost as hot as top hose ) ,,let it run a bit longer after t-stat opens ,, both fans should come on
Well both hoses are hot and I am pretty sure that the radiator is full of fluid cause after i filled it i let it run for abotu 30 mins. So if it cycled through and there wasnt enough coolant then im sure it would have looked low when i took the cap off right? Im just concerned cause the fan used to come on after I had drove it but now it seems that the only way they come on is if I have the A/C on?
did you bleed the system properly ?? from the nipple at the t-stat housing ??
if you did and there is no air in the system and fans do not come on,, jump the connector at the t-stat housing 2 wires , use a paper clip . car running of course if fans come on replace the switch ,,
although if they were working before you replaced the radiator , i would look at the work that you did and make sure cooling system is bled properly first

Yo bboyalex,, i wish you would not come out and just give advice to replace parts,,, what if it is a wiring problem ?? than what ??
It could be a waste of money and time to just replace parts and it is easy to advice someone to just replace parts when it is NOT YOUR MONEY ...so to all of you when you have any issues with your car
DIAGNOSE,, DIAGNOSE DIAGNOSE,, before replacing any parts..
