when brakes are on all lights are working except the center brake light which i think is disconnected, all turn signal lights are working, and now all headlights are working.

Are both sides blinking fast or just one?

Stock bulbs?

both sides blink fast and I believe they are stock bulbs. As I said I just bought this car about 2 weeks ago and I am weeding through all the problems and fixing them as I find them....I found a new little problem that I could use a little help with.....the back drivers side tire is worn down to the wires while the rest of the tire is ok....2 spare tires are worn the exact same way.....i believe it is an alignment issue but can someone confirm that and tell me other possibilities that could cause that? It is only happening with the drivers side back tire.

An alignment would be most likely.

A worn suspension component could cause this. Jack up the rear driver's side of the car and try to push/pull on the tire at 3/9 o'clock. Also 12/6 o'clock. There should be no movement in the tire. If there is movement (you can compare to the other side), try to find what component is allowing excess movement.

A bent suspension component is another possible cause. Take a look for obvious damage. An place that does wheel alignments would not be able to get the tire in specs if this is the case.

Check the tightness of your Spark Plugs if one or more are just slightly lose, and one or more of the Valve Cover Spark Plug Wells are leaking can cause smoke to emmited at start up, just until oil is burned off. If all is well there, it will be a good I Idea to do a Compresson Test, Vacuum Leak Test, and one more thing check to see if the valve cover gasket is leaking oil into Exhaust Via the Exhaust Headers. If you still have Problems the Best Diagnostic Site I have ever come accross that I didn't have to pays for is

Well I put some Lucas Engine Oil Stop Leak in earlier this week and I start the car daily and let it circulate...Today I started the car and didnt notice and smoke, revved the engine a bit still no smoke, I got out went to the back of the car and didnt notice any smoke coming from the pipe at all...As it all seems right now everything is going good with the car. I have one other concern but I will wait until after I run the car first to make sure its not just me.
