Default Fuel problem on 1989 accord

I am having a problem with power to the fuel pump. I notice this happening more after I have driven around and let het car sit for about 20 mins. Last time this happened is when I moved the car out of the garage. It decided not to start. The reason I say power to the fuel pump it because when I turn the key on I can hear the fuel pump. When it decides not to start. I get no sound. After letting the car sit for awhile them it would want to start.

Do you think a bad relay would cause this?

I have replaced the fuel pump, filter and 2 injectors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it happen more often when the car's interior is HOT? If so, then it's pretty classic for a bad main relay.

If you're good with a soldering iron, pop the relay apart & re-melt the solder joints on the circuit board.

Well it happens more when the car is warmed up and yes the last time I had the car outside when this problem occured. I will pull the main relay and give that a try.

Thanks
